To conduct our business and produce high quality products, MTP Drivetrain Services operates in a flexible re-manufacturing facility in Many, Louisiana. It is here where we perform the re-manufacturing of full up power packs, military engines, military vehicle transmissions, military transfer cases, military axles, military differentials, hubs, turbochargers, blowers, governors, fuel pumps and other drivetrain components.

MTP Drivetrain Quality
MTP is an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility and has been since 2006. MTP has always had a Quality Management System but decided to get ISO certified as a commitment to our military customers. Registration to ISO 9001 by an accredited certification body shows we are committed to quality, customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency. Implementing a certified Quality Management System also helps motivate our technicians by defining their key roles and responsibilities.
Field Service
MTP Drivetrain Services is committed to providing a highly trained vehicle technician to our customers who involve MTP on long term remanufacturing efforts. MTP Field Technicians possess the capability to perform induction inspections, final inspections, diagnostics of engine and transmission failures utilizing OEM software such as Allison DOC or Caterpillar CAT ET, and perform manual troubleshooting of any tactical vehicle.
Technical Experience
MTP has Ordnance Corps professionals at all levels of our organization and spanning the last 40 years. This breadth and depth of military maintenance experience helps us relate to our military customers as well as provide valuable knowledge about the vehicles in the military fleet. This experience is coupled with the commercial remanufacturing expertise provided by the other key personnel in our organization. The knowledge of commercial processes and training enables MTP to be efficient and focused on our quality product.
Warranty Policy
MTP identifies with our ultimate customer – the soldier. Thus MTP provides a standard 24 month warranty on all components on all assemblies we remanufacture from the date of vehicle sale to the government. We understand that most of the time, our assemblies will be installed into the end item vehicle during a vehicle RESET or other similar upper echelon maintenance effort. This delay in our warranty start date allows the warranty to be active for the actual soldier in the field instead of expiring while the vehicle is sitting in a lot waiting to be issued to a unit.
Another item to note is that MTP owns its own over the road trucks and can pickup and deliver to military installations anywhere in North America. We are currently working with customers in Canada and in Mexico where we will provide freight. As these trucks are an overhead expense for us, we can provide a more economical shipping solution than many commercial carriers. This also allows us to control the freight when delivery dates and methods are specifically required in government contracts.
